Tomato Salad

This is one of my favourite traditional Italian recipes as it is healthy yet delicious! It is so quick and easy to make and is perfect as a starter, side or main.
Ingredients
400g mixed Heritage tomatoes of various colours, cut into wedges, quarters and halves
60g red onions, diced
60ml olive oil
70g basil leaves, picked
Coarse sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Mix the tomatoes, diced onion and olive oil in a bowl with seasoning. Place picked basil leaves on top to finish.
